More than 20 typhoons hit the Philippines each year leaving many families without the homes and resources to take care of themselves. By providing relief goods, we can meet emergency, immediate needs. Most important is the need for us and others to target community-based disaster management programs to better prepare and respond to future disasters.

One hundred percent of the donations are used by the Program in disaster relief programs, distributing and transporting of needed assistance.
The employees who work directly in the food rescue program are paid by the Program’s budget.
The additional money should enable us to rescue more produce.
